About Our Company

We have been in the building business since 1973, constructing between 200 and 250 homes, ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft. These homes are spread out over the Genesee, Lapeer, and northern Oakland County areas. We are a family owned and operated business, including, Bob, Joyce, and Chad Porritt, as well as Sherie  Peruski.

We build custom homes using either the client's home plans or a wide variety of plans and designs we have used in the past, altering the designs to suit the client's individual specifications. No matter what the home size, the same enthusiasm and integrity is dedicated to each and every home. We take great pride in the quality construction of our homes, the kind of quality we would expect to live in with our own families.

Within the staff of Damon Bradley we have 3 licensed Builders, and a Master Electrician. We also enlist the skills of numerous subcontractors, many of whom have worked with us for many years. Our company keeps a watchful eye over every aspect of construction, personally visiting every job site daily to ensure the job is done "right". Unlike the trend in the building business today, where a more "administrative" approach is taken, we still believe in the old school approach of using a personal, hands-on, keep-in-close-contact approach from beginning to end.
